Pendaftaran account email @mail.ugm.ac.id dipermudah melalui data registrasi UGM. Untuk mendapatkan account tersebut, aktifkan melalui link aktivasi di http://mail.ugm.ac.id/wmail?a=faktifasi. Isikan username sesuai aturan berikut.
Aturan usename adalah:

firsname[.secondname[.firstletterofthirdname[.firstletteroffourthname]]]
Kurung kotak berarti optional, tergantung nama yang bersangkutan. Kalau hanya satu kata, maka id sama dengan nama. Kalau dua kata berarti id sama dengan namadepan.namabelakang, kalau nama 3 kata, tambahkan titik diikuti huruf pertama kata ke tiga dan seterusnya.

Contohnya, id dari yang bernama Bambang Nurcahyo Prastowo adalah
bambang.nurcahyo.p
Id yang namanya Bambang Eko Prasetya Mulya adalah
bambang.eko.p.m
Password diisi dengan pin registrasi di DAA. Setalah aktivasi, username dan password tersebut bisa digunakan untuk login ke

serta akses

dengan loginnane username@mail.ugm.ac.id

Available Block

  • Block 1.1. is the first block in year 1 Phase 1. In this block students learn about how to be a medical student and the biomedical sciences related to locomotor system triggered by common health problems encountered in every day life.

  • Block 2.1 is the first block in year 2 phase 2. There are six modules discussed in this block i.e.
    (1) problems of infertility in male and female,
    (2) pregnancy including diagnosis of pregnancy and antenatal care,
    (3) disorders of pregnancy mainly abortion, either spontaneous orinduced and its related side effects, legal aspect of illegal induced abortion, septic abortion and ectopic pregnancy,
    (4) infections affecting mother and fetus especially TORCH group from epidemiology, causative agents, clinical signs and symptoms, serologic diagnosis, treatment and prevention,
    (5) drug used during pregnancy including potential teratogenic effect and
    (6)
    congenital anomaly

  • Block 3.1 is the first block in year 3 phase 3. This block is carried out during seven-week period. Content of research methods will be given from week 1 to week 3, and content of biostatistics will be given in every week. There are six scenario discussed in this block i.e. (1) steps in research, (2) research ethics (3) basic medical research, (4) clinical and community research, (5) qualitative research (6) how to choose statistical test?.

    Tutorial is the back bone of this teaching and learning process. Students discuss one module each week, triggered by one scenario. Two meetings with tutor are provided to discuss one module, each of two hours duration. Learning objectives (LO) of each module (week) are provided in detail in the student book so that students understand what they want to learn and what they have to prepare before the discussion during tutorial sessions. Assignments and self study is also an important part to deepen student’s knowledge. Three practical sessions and one skills laboratory practice are part of student activities to train their skill competences before entering real clinical setting during their future clinical rotation phase.
